Where do I start, my fiance went dress shopping here with my mother, future mother in law and sister for dresses for our wedding. The ladies who were "helping" them were extremely rude, short and disrespectful. Not to mention they only allowed them to try on three dresses... per day! Stating that they do not allow customers to try on more than three dress per day because "we do not want to waste our time and if a dress is purchased it would be extend it to five dresses". Needless to say we will never be returning to this shop and will never recommend anyone to do so as well.
Horribly rude and unprofessional! As soon as I walked in, a sloppily dressed woman looked me up and down, asked me what size I wear (i told her 12, I think) and she immediately told me they only have dresses in size small or medium. However, it was painfully obvious she only saw my brown face, and nothing else. I knew her game and said, "Uh huh. Well can I just look around anyway?" I proceeded to look around the store (no other customers were there) while she followed me around at a distance. So, not helping me at all, just watching me. Looking around I saw several random dresses in my size. There was one that I liked very much. When I started to leave, I let her know that although I saw a dress I liked, there was NO WAY I was going to give them my business. I made it clear her behavior and the lie about dress sizes was the reason. There are hundreds of dress shops around here, and I am sure they would appreciate my business.
This store is amazing! I went there looking for a prom dress with my daughter. We were overwhelmed with the selection of beautiful dresses. The ladies that work here are helpful and work with you to find a dress within your budget. I don't understand all of the negative reviews they've received, because they were honest and so helpful in helping my daughter pick out the right dress for her. We had to have alterations on the dress and they did a perfect job. This is THE place to go for a prom dress or any special occasion dress. After you've gone to every dress store around, stop here cause you will probably find the perfect dress!
