Customer service excellence. Bought some items of clothing, had some questions, CS took great care. Kohl's at this mall may not be the biggest, but they certainly are the best.
Great customer service. The girl at the make-up department remembered us and even got us the cream we ran out of. She went above and beyond. Great service!!!
Behind the counter and again after some
I did make a purchase but would not have if I did not have discount coupons.
I originally went to the Glenview store. I stood around the jewelry counter for about 10 minutes and was not asked if I needed assistance. There was an associate behind the counter who egnored me the entire time I stood there. I did express my displeasure to two store managers. Told them I would go to another Kohls store.
At the Niles store there was three associates behind the jewelry counter. One was more interested in talking with a Kohls employee, one was standing around, and one was checking someone out. Again I had to request assistance.
I went with three kindof coupons the %30 percent , $ 10 off and $7 gift but i didn't get anything because the policy is very bad and not right. What is the point of sending these coupons if it can't be used for any items. All other stores you can use their coupons for any sales, regular, and even clearence items. That' why your coupons are bad and not worth it. I spend about $83.00 dollars yesterday and I didn't get a penny discount. They gave me 10.00 dollar coupon for next shopping. That's mean to go there again, NO WAY. I have to hire an atterney to read those small words on your coupons,to see what items apply, tell me Mr. kohls store who has time to sit and read those small words on the back of your coupons. To see what items apply and what items not.That is so bad not right, and unpleasant, and unprofessional.
