Giving it 3 stars because of the price I paid was $5 as a student. I have never been to theaters other than AMC or marcus so this was my first time and it was a bad experience overall. There are no recliner seats in any screans. In addition, cleaning was not done at all before the movie started because I saw popcorns and butter underneath my seat and butter on the lower side of my seat was stuck to my shorts. They need to have a sign stating where the ticket counter is. Since, I just go to AMC and marcus often, I would not like to go here because of the service and cleanliness.
Best place to see Indian Movies. Convenient to use Public Transport as well.
Seats good have been better...need updating. Love the food options. Could play more hindi movie selections, not just south Indian
Came to theatre to watch Telugu movie from 30 miles and guys there didn’t allow me and my wife for having starbucks coffee in hand. And the ticket issuing guy had a very rough tone and not friendly or caring customer service. Useless! And the guy who issues tickets is very very rude. Not at all welcoming tone and attitude. I presented him moviepass confirmation code on my phone and he returned the phone and asked me to read out. And he was like with a bitter tone asking my name without even mentioning why he was asking and he showed genuine rudeness and hinted the other person that we are carrying starbucks in our hands and not to allow. Basic quality of respecting customers is lacking from their side. And on top of they are rude and racist. Worst worst experience overall.
Cinema is good but they have to do something about their phone service. It's terrible. Good luck if you want to speak to someone..
