One of the lady employees has horrible customer service skills. She was rude and disrespectful. Didn't answer my questions.
Rude staff, interrupting my requests. I have been there four times, have always had bad experiences. I now go to the Park Ridge location instead, and couldn't be happier.
The problem with Chicagoland USPS is customer service. They hires brainwashed people. 90% of USPS employees would have been fired from private sector because they are LAZY. Niles is not better or worse than other USPS offices.
All the time have to wait in line at least 30mins....
Long story short, my priority international package tracking got lost for 2 weeks - the tracking # show no movement for 2 weeks and it is suddenly delivered to my parents. I can't say it's the fault of this post office but it never happened at the Evanston post office in the past 5 years..
