Pet smart grooming uses a shady tactic where they 1st make you pay for the service and THEN they release your pet. They seem to be running a special for $50 where they sprinkle your pet with water and wallllaaaa you're done! Once I'm done with my review i will be contacting AMEX and doing a charge-back. Greg, the manager, had 3 weeks to look into this I even reminded him again 2 days ago when i went back to pick up some dog food. I dont think its fair to pay full price for a service which wasn't completed. I didn't ask for a full refund, i only asked for a discount. After all your staff member told me she didn't dry my dog nor did she cut the nails. Her response was that she "FORGOT TO TELL ME"

Everybody friendly and willing to help you, I recommend the cat adoption here the cats look always so happy they are well cared for and they are rescue cats what more can you ask.
This is not the 1st time i had issues with their pet grooming department, they dont use the special shampoos that you pay for, they dont clean your dogs ears, teeth, dont cut nails, they dont dry your pet. I confronted the staff about this a handful of times but enough is enough I only went back since its down the street from my house
I love this place I try and get in here once in awhile just to look around I love all animals I've had dogs cats birds so I was looking at all of them a very friendly I talked with a couple of people there and do everything here dog grooming they have a veterinarian they don't sell any dogs but they do sell cats fish Birds small mammals lizards snakes spiders tarantulas it's great children can learn a lot I'd bring my kids there it's almost like going to the zoo they sell cats you can walk right in and pet them and no one bothers you I love it
