Afraid of IRS. Horrible customer service. Wish google has minus star. I bought couches and a rug from here about an year ago, and my sister like to have same rug as mine so I took her there to buy one. When I bought it, he( the owner) said he’ll do $250 if I pay with CASH, so I paid with cash and got that at $250. So I asked him if he can do that to my sister if she pay with cash? And he was like the price went up he can do $300 in cash, I got annoyed there but my sister really liked it. So we paid $300 in cash and asked him to give us a receipt Incase something is wrong we need to return it. Than he flipped, if he give us a receipt then he leaves trace to IRS bla bla bla, omg, it got so nasty and he never gave us a receipt. If u are so afraid of IRS, u shouldn’t ask customers to pay you in cash from the first place.i would never recommend this place to anyone ever!
The service here is so bad that I can't fathom how the salesman we dealt with is employed. We were ignored completely for 15 to 20 minutes. We were them spoken to rudely and abruptly when we inquired about making a purchase. When I said that another store was selling the item for about 35% less, I was accused of lying. I provided proof and inquired about a better price. I was told to make my purchase at the competitor. Really, these people don't want your money, so don't try to give it to them unless you enjoy mistreatment.
The staff were helpful. I paid pretty much the sales price for a three piece furniture set, but they helped me out with cutting the tax and delivery charge. They also delivered the furniture the very next day! I am very happy with my purchase and very happy with their service.
Got my entire apartment furnished with them. Best services and unbeatable prices! The manager was especially nice and our salesman was just wonderful and kindhearted. They did their best to give us the best customer service. Loved everything!
