I had the best experience, thanks to Karina. She was so helpful in every way until I received my delivery. I was able to contact her personally if I had any questions. She conducted herself in a professional manner and was far from pushy. If you are buying anything from VCF, I recommend using her. You won't be disappointed!
I had a great experience today purchasing furniture with the help of Karina Vazquez. She was so friendly, helpful and best of all wasn't acting like a vulture, car sales like person. I will definitely seek out her help in the future when I come back again. So happy with my purchase today!
Like most reviews listed I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I purchased a bedroom set about 3 years ago from this joke of a place. Every salesmen you run into is about their sale and nothing else. Extremely rude. I don’t even know where to begin with my horrible overall experience. Daniel F. was Who was helping me. The wrong bedroom set was delivered, with the wrong color. (Nothing else was done to “make it better”) “Final price, nothing they can do”. As others had to wait a week for the correct one to arrive. Within 2 weeks of my new purchase the box under the mattress was broken, and would make loud and very squeaky sounds. That was replaced, only for it to happen again. The person who comes to the house to “check” the issue before replacing told me this is a box with a card board in it so the staples keep coming out and that’s why the card board keeps moving. After THREE replacements I asked for a better solution and I was told it’s my preference, I appreciate that, however I’m asking a “professional” what I am SUPPOSE to have with a memory foam mattress. So I was shown the same card board box when I was in the store and told that was what I should have, not understanding that I was in the store to RETURN for the third time. It’s like they push their cheapest products on you. I “upgraded” if that’s what you want to call it, to a different one. And it’s horrible with my mattress. 2 months into having my new bedroom set, the dressers started to chip. The headboard wasn’t connected securely so it kept detaching from the rest of the bed. The wooden posts to hold the bed up have been bent and the wood has been broken. My drawers are breaking from the bottom eventually there will be no more drawers because the wood is bent. Does wood bend? now I was told I didn’t have the warranty when I made it clear to Daniel I needed that since I would be away for college and won’t be around often to know if I have any issues with the bed and would like the extended time. Apparently I never purchased the warranty, because obviously their incompetent salesmen could barely get the correct color and bedroom set I guess I never figured adding a warranty that was requested would be over looked as everything else was.But he received his commission just fine I bet. As I’m stuck with a 3 year old bedroom set that is pure garbage and barely sticking together. FYI this was purchased mid July, I was gone for college the following month, most problems happened in that month. STAY CLEAR!!! Spend a little more if possible for a better experience and much much better quality. I can’t express enough how horrible the quality is. Go anywhere else but here, it will be regreted.

Negative stars should be available. This was my first experience with Value City and it will be my last. Ordered a couch. They delivered the wrong one. The SKU was entered incorrectly. They told me I would have to wait 5 days for correct couch to be delivered. When it was originally ordered it only took 2 days. Now that they have my money they want me to wait 5 days. Miguel the "Manger" was not willing to do anything to make up for their error. No money off. No having the Orland Park store deliver the one they have in stock. Nothing. Zero customer service for a couch that cost over $1,000.00. Steer clear of this store!!! If it must be Value City take your business to another location! Horrible experience.
